If it was one guy working 1-2 hours, I think you have a case to argue. If so, I'd contact them and say you believe you were over-charged. Tell him you are considering contacting BBB and/or posting reviews on the net. I, of course, wouldn't do that until you know for sure you don't want to use them to install your new system. [/quote]
