Uhh... you think back pain is worth "admiring glances?"  Do you think women who get mastectomies are "lost?"  Because I have two aunts who have had double mastectomies and I can assure you it wasn't fun for them but they are most definitely not "lost!"  Get your priorities straight, woman!
