Shit hit the fan and after about 10 years of SAHM she had to go back to work. I think part of it is that at first she was embarrassed that she had to work as she was probably the first in her circle to have to go back (others had to as the recession wore on). Alot of SuperMoms and trust fund MILFs so it was not socially acceptable to her to have to go back to work.
