[/quote] That letter is pretty dense, but if I understand correctly, they over-funded middle schools last year and decided to make cuts elsewhere to "protect that investment". The cuts "elsewhere" include Wilson. I think all the talk about at-risk funding is a smokescreen being used to cover-up other irrational spending (such as over-funding middle schools). [/quote]
