We have friends at CMI and a former resident that we had now teaches at CMI. I can honestly say CMI has great teachers. It's not always about the money. Quality of life and a rewarding job speaks volume in the world of teaching. Even if the teachers only teach at these charters for 3-5 years and then move on to something more lucrative, that's a good 3-5 years to make an impact. You can have a mediocre teacher with 20 years experience and you can have a 3 year new teacher that is very good. [/quote]
