If you're staying local, I'd feel pretty confident in Dr. F since he really is very thorough and never makes you feel like you're in an IVF factory (even though the morning monitoring set up at GW definitely is assembly-line like).  No one can promise success, but he really will customize your care to you.  And if you don't understand/agree with his recommendation, efinitely just ask.  After so many failures, I wanted to transfer two embryos.  He called me the night before the transfer to discuss his reasoning with me for transferring only one (mainly my estrogen levels).  I really felt well taken care of after having felt like a number at another DC clinic.[/quote]
