However, as a parent, a great message from the President would have been: "My child has asthma. I have learned the hard way that there are negative consequences to smoking. Please don't smoke, if not for yourself, then for your children. Learn from my mistakes". Instead the message was: "All of you polluters have caused asthma in my child. I take no responsibility and everyone else is at fault". I have a hard time respecting this. [/quote]
