He probably parked it there for free storage.
I'd imagine this might being it under the auspices of the FBI, though - moving things through email servers usually involves crossing state lines. Who knows if he shared it?
You're doing the right thing.  Stay cool and calm.  Hand it over to the police/FBI and let them handle it.  This guy is sick and needs to be stopped.[/quote]
