It's a whim when extending next year by a week does absolutely nothing to make up for lost time this year. It's NOT a whim when you realize that many of the ridiculous cancellations for "cold" this year were likely done with the intent of qualifying for this waiver. That manipulation is fueling much of this outrage. And many, many people vacation in Virginia. Or pay for camps, or go to the movies, or laser tag or water parks or outlet malls...[/quote]
