Good for you, now I hope you realize [b]most teachers who work for DCPS do not live in DC[/b]. Several of then have kids that will be home today so they will use their leave and students would just spend time in the gym or in a classroom with an adult. There would be no lesson. Frankly, the roads were better during my normal commute time than they were 2 hours later.  But either way-- the roads were simply wet.  There was barely an inch of snow.  Absolutely no need to close school.  Come on, folks.  This shouldn't even be a conversation.[/quote]
