WASP here. I sleep naked, so if the kids come into our bed at night I'll be naked. I put a robe on if I need to tend to them, and wear one on the morning while I'm getting ready, but sometimes I'm just in underpants and a bra. My kids are both girls and are young. They think nothing of seeing me naked although the toddler is quite fascinated with my breasts. Older DD (5) is in a naked phase currently so takes her clothes off at home. My only rule is that she wear underpants for hygiene purposes, but we don't make her ashamed of her body by telling her to put clothes on. DH keeps at least boxers on at all times, but DD1 isn't phased if she sees him naked either (for instance, when she barged into our room at a VERY inopportune time and just walked up to the bed and started talking as though nothing out of the ordinary was going on while DH and I frantically detangled ourselves and attempted to cover up).
My DH and I still break out in hysterical laughter remembering when our DD (she was 4 at the time) trotted in to our room at an inopportune moment and tapped DH on the bum to get his attention to ask a question.
DD was around 3, and found out she can open doors. She barged into the bathroom one day when DH was peeing and with the door swung wide open, pointed and yelled "Daddy, what's that?!?" What I heard immediately after THAT was "Get out! Honeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey!" She also used to press his man nipple like a button with her finger when he happened to be shirtless, and he didn't like that either. Children have no embarrassment. File DH in the spooked and mildly uptight category.
