So, she was white.  Everyone else was not white, including the arbitrator.  Everyone else had their tickets dismissed.  Except for the one white person.

Having to pay your ticket for something you did is not being mistreated. Being accused of something you did not do....that's mistreatment. Sounds like OP is used to preferential treatment and she simply did not get it this time. (9 years ago). [/quote]

So, I guess ALL the other people there were innocent of the charges associated with the ticket.  ALL of the other people were incorrectly ticketed.  ALL the other people, who had their cases dismissed, we actually innocent bystanders of something and were wrongly charged.
