[/quote] Normally I'd see a post like that and think the person is nuts, but after living in McLean for a number of years I have seen some pretty deranged behavior and I would not be so desperate to try to impress people saying you live in McLean.. We had a neighbor refuse to get rid of a dead tree that threatened our home because she felt it would decrease her home's value. I told her if we are killed by her tree that would decrease her home's value. Her response? No, that would just be considered an act of nature. We offered to pay to remove it ourselves. She refused. We once again tried to appeal to her sense of humanity and concern for the life of a fellow human. Nada. Then we got a lawyer to write a letter for us. Low and behold, she chopped down the dam tree.[/quote]
