Yes but he's a retired colonel so I'm guessing he's older and maybe there's some child support/alimony going on that makes it hard for him to help afford the 5k rent. That's just dumb. 5k in rent at 200k. We make close to that and our rent is $2300. They're paying probably 50% if not more of their take home to live there. Don't get it. [/quote]

Even still, 5k a month rent on a 200k income is absolutely absurd. Our HHI is $220k and we have a 3100$ mortgage, which I wish was lower. What are you getting in City Center for 5k a month?  Are the amenities that great? It just seems like an extreme waste. [/quote]
