A PTA raises money for specific things and then tells you how your money was spent. These people only raise money for the "Annual Teachers Fund" and admit they have no idea how the money is spent. Furthermore, I cannot imagine my DCPS just shutting down a list serve without discussing it with the community. Because they take into account that they are members of the community.[/quote]
