I will have to respond later. The document is 31 pages long. There was a staff outing on a Jewish holiday and one of the plaintiffs is Jewish. The gentleman who worked there as an aid and had been given the OK from the hiring committee to teach 4th had the decision overturned by her. She said she hired a young girl right out of a Christian school because she would do God's will. Also because she speaks English. When the man landed a position at another school...she told him that this was the school for him. Those were "his" people. I do know that racial discrimination is hard to prove (learned that from my lawyer when dealing with her). I've always said that she knew how to do just enough, but not enough to not get in trouble. She sent an email to the entire staff about me after returning from a conference and having realized that I did NOT resign as they assumed that I would days before when I met with HR. This was a word document was supposedly a start of a summary of her visit to my class that day as told by the assistant principal. Of course she calls my home and cell up towards 10pm the night before. She claims that she needed to see me in the morning. Supposedly to apologize. I had no idea but my colleagues knew before I stepped into the building. Her rationale for this...she needed to work on it at home so she was trying to email it to herself. Instead it went to mount Vernon woods staff.. two times (7:14 and 7:16 pm). Was it enough to get her on? No. But it was enough to make more people draw attention to me. Teacher after teacher came to my room advising me to get an attorney. But no one would ever stand up and tellet of their issues. If she is reading, she knows who I am. As I told my union rep that day in Gatehouse March 2011..one thing no one will ever be able to take away from me is the fact that I stood up for myself. I told her one thing my daughter would nebe r learn from me is how to lay down and take the punches. I wwas being pushed out of a job but I did it standing up and fighting all the way
