I had a child at Bailey's also, and I didn't think she was awesome. I guess it depends your personal experience with her.
Ditto. Every interaction I ever had with that particular AP was negative. I find Ms. Lemmon to be a highly effective administrator. I'd be very disappointed if these accusations are true.
People aren't perfect, and sometimes their imperfections collide. Easier to sue a principal for sticking her foot in her mouth occasionally than to sue an AP for being incompetent.
Let's just be clear:This is a bit more than sticking her foot in her mouth. If a male principal made the comments that Ms. Lemmon is alleged to have made, there would be no question that his remarks were sexist and inappropriate (hire "pretty young blondes")
And let's be equally clear: These are mere allegations made by plaintiffs with an incentive to spin things to enhance their odds of getting whatever it is they are want (I'm not going to pay to read a complaint, so I have no idea what they are seeking in terms of damages or other relief).
