Yes.

I work in the survey world and these types of responses make me so sad. If you don't want your child to take the survey, opt them out. But please don't have them lie.

Why should my kid give out information for free? My kids know I lie to pollsters, you only get my real opinion and data if you pay me.

NP here. I still don't get the point of lying and sabotaging. Are you trying to punish researchers for not paying you? 
People participate in research for the greater good,so maybe students' responses will help shape policy and improve schools.[/quote]

How could someone on the DC forum think that there is no money to be make in public policy? 
Do you think the think tanks just turn over their research for free?  No they waste our paid school time to do the research and then the county wastes money buying the results.  If anyone is going to make money, There is no "greater good" on this type of survey.[/quote]
