About 90% of the schools in Arlington, Fairfax and Loudoun are fully accredited. All are accredited in Falls Church City, and Alexandria has more schools with issues.
Sigh. Ramsey, Patrick Henry, Jefferson-Houston, Hammond MS, and TCW. There is a lot of work to be done. But it's good to see that not only the obvious schools (like George Mason or Lyles Crouch) but also Mount Vernon, Cora Kelly, and John Adams were fully accredited.
One funny thing - well funny, sad thing - Cora Kelly is supposed to be a Science and Math focus school yet there Science scores slipped significantly from last year.
I presume they added the Science and Math focus because Cora Kelly was low performing. IIUC its not at all uncommon for school systems to add special programs to lower performing schools.
