They have now racked up two shady charities - they have illegally disregarded registered letters requesting their Form 1023 and financial information (that will cost them $20/day and there is no maximum penalty for the failure to provide it to someone who requests it and pays for the copying costs), their children racked up many tardies in two years despite living less than 5" away from school if they should miss the bus that stopped at the foot of their driveway and now they have an unlicensed B&B.

Mark Denicore flat-out LIED when he stated his license to practice in DC was in jeopardy when the tardiness issue blew up.  He took it to the court of public opinion and clearly thought that the whole world would stand behind him.

They bother me - and not just because it appears they're trying to generate still more undeclared income.  So yeah, once a year or so I wander about the internet to see what they're doing these days.

They may be small potatoes in the world of charity fraud, but there is a lot more of it than many people realize.  If you were to really check out any charities you have supported in the past or even currently, I suspect many people would be appalled.  [/quote]
