No, I'm not.  I'd guess the ones donating are not the ones parading around on facebook.  They're the ones being challenged and not accepting.  Or the ones who have been made aware of it by seeing the videos.  True, I believe the famous people doing the dumps are also donating, but please don't tell me 14 year old mall-goer and 22 year old college jock and 44 year old welfare mom are donating too.[/quote]

Are you truly this thick?  Of course not EVERY person doing the bucket is donating.  But that doesn't matter.  The campaign has raised $11 million -- OVER what ALSA has raised in similar time periods previously.  CLEARLY the campaign has been successful at getting people to donate.  (Also, don't be silly -- just because the 14yo might not be donating doesn't mean his/her parents aren't.)  My gosh, the lengths people will go to to put down something good.
I know many people -- myself included -- who have done the challenge AND donated.  And, get ready to be shocked, we're not famous!!!  [/quote]
