No school is perfect - CPES does have a lot going for it, it's small and friendly and generally has a great staff, but it is not that academically  challenging and it does have discipline issues.

I'm not going to haul my daughter out and I love the fact that it's diverse, I just wouldn't necessarily choose it if I had free choice.

This isn't about OP. This is about the poster on page 1 at 23:25 and 11:04 who threw out the absurd statements about how discipline issues were handled at Cunningham Park versus other Vienna schools. It was reckless and inappropriate gossip. When prompted to provide "data" to support her statements, she said that her daughter reported a few incidents. And based on a couple of incidents reported by her daughter (who knows what age), this poster thought it was fine to make statements about how CP handles discipline differently than other school.  Again, I certainly hope her children are developing better critical thinking and commiunication skills than those of their mother. [/quote]
