It's not like servers make even the hourly minimum wage and they are losing out on sales and ability to turn tables quickly when they're understaffed. I don't understand restaurants that are near event venues and don't properly staff their restaurants on nights of big events, like games or concerts. They act like there was no warning for the influx of crowds they get. [/quote]
