Lots of blocks still underdeveloped.[/quote] True, but prices have already run up pretty high. There are also a lot of things in the pipeline. There is a Whole Foods slated to open in 2016 where the Murrays is. Trinidad and Rosedale are already gentrifying and have been for some time. Check out the southern blocks of Trinidad to see what I mean. Brookland has seen prices climb pretty high already. I like Woodridge although it is very residential and likely to stay that way.[/quote]
