I was in the pool, next to these kids, and looking at it through the filter of a mom with kids of similar ages, slightly older and slightly younger. Quite frankly, I was incredulous by their behavior, shocked that it was so open, and bothered by it the next day. Perhaps I am a prude, but I would not be a happy mom if I saw my similar aged kid behaving like that, whether they were the boy or the girl. And if it were my kid, as I posted before, I would have been perfectly okay with another adult telling him to knock it off. I didn't say anything though, because one, I was a bit shocked, and two, I thought that perhaps the parents might be okay with their pre-teen children acting like high school young adults.
