In summary, Master teachers at ITS have a lot of experience (and energy). They do a great job leading the fellows so they can go into the city and lead their own classrooms. ITS resident graduates are now lead teachers at many DCPS schools, ITS, Stokes, CM, Shining Stars (that I can think of).[/quote]
