She will be most likely applying on the strength of her first three years, if she is on a decline that is problematic. If you think that decline will continue she should apply EA or ED because then the insitutions will be basing their decision on her first three years only and not the fourth year which sounds like it may drop even further. However, if you think she had pull it up and strengthen her record, you should do the opposite.[/quote]
