Hell, no, I didn't settle!  I don't know why you're cherry picking from my post.  This is what I said.

As I PP said, I became far more attractive to men in my 20s and had a lot of dating opportunities.  That's how I learned that what I thought was my "type" really didn't work for me.  Had I actually married one of those guys, we would have been divorced a few years later.  I'm glad I waited for the right guy - and have been married 20 years.[/quote]
