So sorry.[/quote] I'm so sorry, poster. OP--I lost my dad to lymphoma 4 years ago. It was a sudden, stage 4 diagnosis. It was very hard. Learn from someone what you can expect to see and experience. It helps to know what to expect and how best to handle it. Just be there for her and show her love. Also, how old is your child/children? Do they know your mother? There are ways of explaining illness to children that make it easier to understand. Wishing you much support.[/quote]
