As another PP mentioned, sexual transmission from someone on meds with an undetectable viral load is virtually impossible - it's called "treatment as prevention". Also, post exposure (if a condom breaks) you can take 30 days of meds to prevent transmission. And there is a new drug called Truvada that can be used daily to prevent infection, so if you are in a LTR with someone who is positive, that is another form of prevention.
