It is pretty much incorrect that a significant number of people who are treated still go on to have chronic Lyme. There is a very small percentage of people who are treated who develop major issues, but this poorly researched article made it sound like there is still a high risk of developing chronic Lyme even if you catch it early. that's not supported by facts.
