And as they focus, the DME proposals are front and center. Catania needs grassroots organization, which is where Bowser does well, We parents all need to do our part to help him -- talk to family members, friends, neighbors. I read that Bowser's vote total on April 1 primary day represented something like 6 percent of the registered voters in DC. That's hardly a mandate, folks! As the voters' opinions crystalize over the coming months, Catania's support will steadily increase. Remember he can win -- and thereby so can we![/quote]
