I predict those will become as crowded as the ones they replaced.  It's much easier for principals to allow additional AAP students who are at the margin if there's the perception that there's room. Because not all schools in all areas of the county have 2 or more classes full of AAP eligible students.  What works in one zip code does not necessarily work in another zip code.[/quote]

No, they very clearly don't.  Check out Colvin Run (center) and its feeder schools.  There is no need for those schools to bus their AAP kids to a center.[/quote]

What works for one part of the county does not necessarily work for all parts of the county. At the same time, all students should have access to services and access should not depend upon one's zip code.[/quote]
