It took me along time to get to the point that nutrition doesn't have to be chewed.  It's made a big difference in our lives.  Some days, we're on the go and don't have time for a sit down meal or needs a quick snack to stave off hunger.  Those meal replacement drinks are ideal.  Every meal/snack does NOT have to be a learning opportunity.[/quote]
