Thanks. We actually used a travel agent that specializes in all things Disney who got us bumped up to a lounge level room when the winter deals were released (we had booked in July). It was fabulous and we may be ruined for all future trips. ;)

I do have to say that the convenience of the Contemporary was well worth it for us. It made leaving Magic Kingdom and coming back or visiting two parks in the same day SO easy. In addition, Oour daughter is frightened of loud noises and could not handle the fireworks in the park on the first night. After that, we just made sure we were back in our room in time to watch and she LOVED it. Honestly, we thought this would be one of only a few trips to Disney we take as a family but we all such a blast that we are trying to figure out how to save enough to go back sooner than later!
