[/quote] Op said in her original post "emotional damage at least temporarily." And even if it did not cause on the baby, it certainly caused on OP. I remember when my preschooler was an infant and I was so emotional. I would have cried if I had found my baby crying, hungry and wet after hours of essentially asking for help. OP, I do think you need to forgive your mother but make sure she know how upset you are and how shitty this was. Right now, try to keep a distance so you can calm down.[/quote]
