Goodbye."[/quote] To me, this is part of the Darkness vs. Light conundrum that Cohle and Hart learn that they have to live with, and in fact do finally live with, deciding that Light is winning. They realize that they cannot possibly out all the bad guys in this conspiracy. They will not be able to, do not have the resources to, and cannot overcome their links with power (Tuttle). Does the Darkness win? Perhaps. Perhaps not. We have to decide that, each one of us.[/quote]
