I understand the reason to give the shake but I think that is supplanting other foods so you have to choose which one you're more comfortable with.  I recommend dropping both this summer and seeing over the course of 3 months whether you can get her back to regular foods more.  Try not to talk about food too much so there is no issue with power struggles.  [/quote]
