It NEVER was a [i]'choice'[/i] school like ATS.  It has always been a '[b]TEAM[/b] school along with Taylor and Jamestown.  There is a big difference.[/quote]

Are you saying that as a good or a bad thing?  I don't know a lot about ASF because I've always been an immersion buff and I've focused on that.  I get the sense that a lot of parents like what ASF has to offer - is there any option on the table to model one of the new elementary schools on ASF, which would presumably be popular as well?[/quote]

I'm not stating good or bad.  I'm just stating the FACTS.  [b]I am an ASFS parent [/b]that had to hear ill-informed people moaning on and on about how their 'choice' was taken away when they lived outside the 'team'...when it never was a choice to begin with!

I'm a big believer in buy in the zone you want to attend. [b] If you can't afford that--[/b]but in the best school zone you can afford because 'LOTTERIES/CHARTERS' are no guarantees.[/quote]
