[/quote] This thread was not really about walkability, other than couple posts. Depending on where you are in Four Corners, you can walk a few places -- nowhere special. I don't think anyone buys in FC looking for walkability. It is certainly a much easier drive to DC and much closer to public transit. I am south of the nightmare intersection so I don't have to deal with it. It definitely makes a difference in my commute -- just take SCP to Colesville and I'm on 16th St. in literally minutes.
