I would sooner get ikea before I got used. Yuck
You sound uneducated and ignorant. Like the type of person who would live in a far out exurb because they couldn't handle the thought of not living in a "used" house. I've found excellent used furniture via estate sales, Craigslist, and thrift shops.
I don't care what you think, I would never buy used furniture. I notice cheap ass frugal people that can't afford anything new constantly take swipes at anyone that can afford new. Sucks to be poor don't it bitch.
Honey, you are the poor person if you are buying IKEA. I have a high income and spend quite freely on good old pieces that add character and style to my home. Anytime someone mentions IKEA, I am reminded of the book "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo." She bought all of her furniture from IKEA, brought it home and had someone from IKEA put it together. Then she went a 7-11 and bought a pizza. I will always associate IKEA furniture with 7-11 pizza. The quality is comparable.
