Who cares about your opinion?  You obviously know nothing if this is the type of knee jerk bias you have about someone who committed a felony once in her life.  Please try to educate yourself before you come back spouting nonsense.  What about the follks who have come to FCPS without records only to be fired for sexual offenses or theft?  I'd be more concerned about that, then people who have worked honestly for years only to be thrown out on the streets because someone at FCPS didn't do their job right the first time.  [/quote]

Yes FCPS should have caught it in the beginning and she should not have been hired but their hiring process, while it needs to be corrected, is not the fault here it is the [b]bad decision of an adult[/b] who should have known better.  [/quote]

Maybe an employment attorney can answer this.  She did not lie on her application and was hired to a job in which there were no complaints.  At this time, does the school have just and legal cause to terminate her contract of employment.  My gut feeling without research says that they waived that right and are barred at this time from barring her without cause.  She should find an attorney and find out her options.  That is all.
