Perhaps OOB needs to be defined. If your kid is currently at Stoddert/Hyde/Whatever you are IN boundary for Hardy regardless of where you live. People are excited for more people from FEEDER schools to go regardless of where they live!  [/quote]

The kids that cause the disproportionate amount of trouble are typically OOB.  That's just a fact.

But that is not the same as saying "all" OOB kids are a problem.

Nor is it the same as saying race is a problem.
