Oh, so those of us who work, who feed our own kids, who already contribute so much are the ones who have to take responsibility for feeding hungry children, but scammers and deadbeats get a free pass.  I see.  Thanks for clarifying that.

I already do help plenty, how arrogant and obnoxious of you to assume I don't.  And in fact I probably help even more than you do.  [b]But I'd help even more if there weren't so many scammers and bullshit artists.  [/b]For example, I won't give money to panhandlers on the street (for example it pisses me off to see some panhandler claiming he's a homeless Vietnam vet, but who isn't old enough to have ever served in Vietnam - I don't want to be subjected to that kind of sick lie when I have family members who served and sacrificed in Vietnam) - instead, I give money to the organizations that I know help the homeless.
