The reason we laugh at DCers who shovel is: a) because they never have to do it; and b) they freak out over two inches when it is going to be above freezing the rest of the week. You have to shovel small amounts of snow in the North because it won't melt before the next storm and will accumulate. You don't need to shovel two inches in DC because it will be gone in a day.[/quote]
