[/quote] I am not either if the PPs, but this is a valid assertion, IME. But to be honest, I don't think this is an issue unique to MCPS. Public schools are designed to make sure that everyone gets to a basic level. They are not designed to encourage creativity and to challenge high achievers. It's just the way the American school system seems to work.[/quote]
