Four Corners - Northwood, has many lots > 6000 ftsq. We have 6800, the big yard on our street has 10,000 sq ft (corner lot). Small house, nice yard, nice neighborhood, way under $650K Lot of neighborhoods like this, old neighborhoods, with mature trees, 1/5 acre lots.
