But this is the thing (and I'm not the OP) but[b] its a very nice area! It's not isolated and not especially dark. People are out jogging, walking their dogs, kids play soccer and play on the playground at the school. It's not an area where anyone would thing to not walk around at night. That is why this story is so disturbing. If Shepard park isn't safe, where is[/b]? [/quote]

Do they do these things at night? I have been through that neighborhood in the evening and it is deserted. Sensibly most people don't walk around at night b/c it is not safe. [/quote]
