YOLO![/quote] Me: drinking, yes; laying out, no -- people knew about skin cancer even in the 80s; you can be part Irish and still have good skin into your late 40s with care, as long as you use your sunscreen and don't go out in full sun from 10-2 Here's a quick cheap mask: mash half an avocado with 2 Tblsp on honey and 1 Tblsp olive oil. Cover your face and neck and rinse off gently after 10-20 mins. Repeat with other half of avocado/honey/oil mixture on your hair for the same amount of time. Do that once weekly and you're hair and skin look fine![/quote]
