The problem with the former is that I don't always know the best route and the problem with the latter is that I don't always know an exact address (example -- I was going to the Russell Senate Office building). 
-You can't order a car in advance (like order the night before for a 6 am pick up to the airport).  I've never had an issue getting a cab in a reasonable amount of time, but ordering in advance would be nice.

The pros outweigh the cons so I'll continue to use it, but I have to remember to give myself extra time. [/quote]
